Well it seems that the flash memory standards are getting faster, whereby both Samsung and Toshiba has recently up the ante, simply by unveiling their 400Mbps DDR 2.0 NAND. Basically, the old NAND flash memory is seen as pretty sluggish, whereby consumers have complained that the memory lag in it performance.
However, Samsung and Toshiba has indirectly rectified the problem, whereby they simply up the new DDR NAND flash standard for the market. Basically, the new memory will allow 400Mbps transfer rates, and it also uses something called the toggle DDR 2.0 in order to achieve the speed. Also, the new DDR will utilize the 30nm asynchronous design, which is touted to be at least 3 times quicker than DDR 1.0 NAND chips.

We’ve seen how the government uses something called the UAV or unmanned aerial vehicle on wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, but not much effort has been placed on unmanned vans. Basically, researchers called the VisLab team from the University of Parma have converted a fleet of Piaggio Porter Electric vans which are outfitted with remote driving capabilities.
On the other hand, the team plans to send these vans for an intercontinental trek, whereby it will span from Italy to China, which is a 8,000 miles feat. Also, the vans will be outfitted with several cameras, sensors, solar panels, and even lasers that will guide the vans to its destination in Shanghai, China.

India grabbed the world’s cheapest car title, and apparently, they are unstoppable, whereby news are saying that they even got the world’s cheapest tablet in the market. In fact, India's Human Resource Development Minister, Kapil Sibal, has disclosed that the tablet will only cost $35 when retailed in the market.
However, the full system spec remains anonymous, whereby there isn’t much information on the tablet itself, except for the fact that it has WiFi connectivity, 2GB of RAM, uses Linux as its operating system, play YouTube movies, and it can also open PDFs.
Also, the Indian government plans to subsidize the price further, whereby students might be able to purchase the tablet for only $20.

Game streaming services aren’t new, as there are countless of gaming companies which uses such technology to deliver their games to consumers. However, there is a game streaming service which is gaining unprecedented limelight lately, and it’s none other than Gaikai.
Basically, Gaikai received tremendous investments from two huge networks, namely Intel Capital and Limelight Networks.
