Let’s face it – RIM isn’t performing so well these days, as compared to their heydays, in which their smartphones were selling like hotcakes in the market. Embattled with declining demands, consumers are moving away from RIM smartphones, as consumers continue to adapt to smartphones manufactured by Apple, as well as smartphones that run on the Android operating system.
Surely, the top execs at RIM know the problems that they are facing, and they are continuously shuffling their top execs, with hopes of bringing back the shine into their company. And just recently, RIM announced that they have introduced two new top execs for the company, whereby Frank Boulben would be RIM’s new chief marketing officer, and Kristian Tear will assume duties as the chief operating officer. Perhaps RIM should instead focus on developing smartphones based on the Android operating system instead, rather than spending a bulk of their time shuffling their top execs? It’s a futile effort, don’t you think?

I spend at least 12 hours of my time fulfilling my daily work obligations, and 90% of the time, I would be at my desk typing documents and updating my websites. Based on my personal experience, it is imperative to use office furniture that match your height, as clearly, such furniture would provide the necessary lumbar support and comfort while you work.
