If you take a look at hard drive technology, I’m pretty sure that older hard drives are being phased out at such a fast pace. Generally, there are piles of old hard drives in the market, and it seems that Svofski has one of the brightest ideas to turn these old and unused drives into a digital clock.
Generally, Svofski’s Strobeshnik relies on creating a stroboscopic effects, that will ultimately create the illusion on the hard disk platter. Generally, the platter will have 10 digits, and with careful timing and light strobes, the illusion of time is ultimately created on the hard drive itself.
