When you’ve build your business to the conglomerate level, it’s highly likely that you’ll be suing your competitors over countless of patent infringements. And when it comes to Apple, the company is known for their stint in suing their competitors over various patent disputes. Take a closer look at Apple’s latest bid in filing a complaint via ITC against HTC – you’ll see that it’s a norm for Apple to sue their competitors.
So what does HTC has got to say to Apple over their latest lawsuit? According to HTC’s General Counsel Grace Lei, she commented that HTC is extremely disappointed over Apple’s various attempts in suing the company, instead of competing fairly in the market. Of course, this is the second attempt by Apple to block the import of HTC devices from the Taiwanese manufacturer, while other attempts are targeted at Samsung, Amazon, and also GetJar – you get the point?
